Once the balance payment is visible in the account portal, you will be able to download the confirmation PDF by clicking either of the below icons.
This PDF can be shared with the surveyor parties as well as the Adjoining owner.
The Adjoining owner can also access this confirmation PDF if they joined the portal as a user
