Our approach
As an FCA-authorised payment institution, we operate a risk-based financial-crime framework designed to meet the UK's anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements. At posture level:
- Customer due diligence. We identify and verify our customers before providing services, with enhanced due diligence where risk warrants it.
- Screening. Customers and payments are screened against sanctions lists and adverse-media sources.
- Transaction monitoring. Account activity is monitored for unusual or unexpected patterns. We do not publish monitoring rules or thresholds.
- Governance. We have a nominated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and report suspicious activity to the authorities as required by law.
Protecting you from fraud
We will never:
- ask you for your password or a one-time security code;
- pressure you to move money urgently to a "safe account";
- change our bank details by email without verification steps you can independently confirm.
If you receive a request that claims to be from us and feels wrong, stop and contact your account manager using the details you already hold, not the details in the message.
