Operational resilience

How we plan for disruption, manage incidents and keep our services running.

Operational resilience

Placeholder. This article was scaffolded when the Trust Centre launched. The substance below is accurate, but the wording is awaiting final review through the documentation review flow.

Keeping our services running

We plan for disruption so that the services our customers rely on (access to accounts, visibility of balances, and the movement of funds) continue to operate, or recover quickly, when things go wrong.

At posture level:

  • We identify our important business services and set impact tolerances for disruption to them.
  • We maintain business-continuity and disaster-recovery arrangements, which are tested.
  • We manage the risk of relying on third-party suppliers, and monitor their performance.
  • Incidents are managed under a defined process, with communication to affected customers when it matters.

Incident communication

When incidents occur, we aim to communicate honestly and promptly. A public systems-status page is planned for the Trust Centre and will appear at /trust/status.
